We are looking forward to your participation in this year's CLATSOP COUNTY FAIR. This year's Fair Theme is "Roll Out the Fun!" and our colors are red and gold, please decorate your booth in relation to our theme and colors. This year the Fair will be held (5) days, August 3 - August 7, 2010. Our hours will be 10 AM UNTIL 9 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Parking and Gate Admission: There will be vendor RV parking spaces available @ $20.00 per night. Each vendor will be issued two passes that will allow admission and parking in the vendor lot. Due to limited space in the vendor lot each vendor will be issued four (4) passes that will allow free parking in the lower field lot and free admission to the fair. If you have staff needs beyond this you can purchase extra passes for $5.00 each that will allow for parking and admission to the fair.

All requests will be handled by mail on first come basis with consideration of merchandise sold or promoted and space available. Management reserves the right to deny application request if judged inappropriate for our County Fair. Our policy is to not duplicate goods or services sold or promoted and keep items conducive with a family atmosphere.
