The Clatsop County Fair & Expo Center facilities are available year-round for many activities, including major events such as the Scandinavian Festival, Seafood & Wine Festival, trade shows, car shows, horse shows, bull riding events, training seminars, meetings, weddings and small animal shows. The Fair & Expo Center is also busy hosting 4H events and programs. On our grounds you will find an outstanding indoor arena, exhibits hall, and various buildings and barns that are available to rent year-round (Fair time excluded).

Rental Fees

MAIN HALL:
12,000 sq. ft. Exhibit Hall (with a commercial kitchen). Occupancy 400 persons

Mondays through Thursdays, $300 per day
Fridays through Sundays, $500 per day
Set-Up: $75 per hour. Two-hour minimum. $50 per hour after two hours.
Cleaning: $50 per hour
Pipe and drapes: $25 per 10x10-foot booth
Around Exhibit Hall $50 per wall
Use of Kitchen: $50 per hour, two-hour minimum
Use of Portable Stage: $75 per day
12 X 24 with stairs and skirting (on fairgrounds only)

With Facilities:
10 tables free; more than 10 tables, $8 each
80 chairs free; more than 80 chairs, $1 each

HORSE SHOW RATES:

ARENA:
40,000 sq.ft. multi-use arena. Bleacher seating for 2,000 (Additional seating avaiable for 600)

Mondays through Tursdays $300 day
Fridays through Sundays $500 day
Hourly: $35 per hour with two-hour minimum

HORSE STALLS: Per Day $15

RV OR CAMPSITES:

$25 per night without electricity
$35 per night with electricity/water
